The room was simple but nice, with a comfortable bed and a mosquito net for a peaceful sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area on foot, with attractions and amenities nearby. The free water refills and tea/coffee were a nice touch. The private veranda with a hammock was a great spot to relax and enjoy breakfast. Wayan, the host, was amazing and provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

The dormitory room at Soni Backpacker House was cozy and inviting with a seating area where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The patio was a great spot to enjoy the beautiful Bali weather, and the tile/marble floor added a touch of luxury to the space. I loved the free WiFi, as it allowed me to stay connected with my loved ones back home.
While I enjoyed my stay, I personally would have preferred if the room had air conditioning. However, I understand that others might find the fan provided sufficient for their needs.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions. the private rooms are basic but have everything you need, with air conditioning and hot water in the bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, serving a simple yet tasty breakfast. There is tea and coffee available all day, and you can even rent motorbikes onsite.
The room could use blackout curtains to block out the morning light.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a yoga studio nearby and a supermarket just across the street. We had plenty of choices for restaurants and bars within walking distance. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the opportunity to explore the local area on excursions offered by the hotel.
Another minor inconvenience was that the double bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together. Despite this, we still managed to sleep well and had a relaxing time during our stay at the hotel.

I had a blast exploring the nearby attractions like Ubud Monkey Forest and Blanco Museum. The daily continental breakfast was a delightful treat. And oh, the airport shuttle service! It was definitely worth the extra bucks.
Who needs WiFi anyway? I had so much more fun disconnecting from the world and reconnecting with myself.

During my stay at Soni Backpacker House, the room was simple but nice. I found it clean and comfortable, although it would have been more pleasant if there was air conditioning. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated that the room was well sealed from bugs, although a mosquito net around the bed would have been perfect. I had a positive experience at Soni Backpacker House and would recommend it to others.

The dormitory room at Soni Backpacker House has a cozy seating area, perfect for hanging out and relaxing after a day of exploring. We loved the patio, where we could enjoy our morning coffee while soaking up the beautiful Balinese surroundings. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the room and made it feel clean and spacious. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The free WiFi was a great addition, allowing us to stay connected and share our Bali adventures with friends and family. Each room also had a terrace, providing a private outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views.
Personally, we found one feature less appealing - the shared dormitory setup. However, we understand that many travelers enjoy the social atmosphere and affordability this type of accommodation offers.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. the location was perfect - right in the heart of Ubud, close to the Monkey Forest and surrounded by great food and drink options. Despite being on the main road, our room was tucked away, providing a peaceful and quiet environment for a good night's sleep. We loved the little patio outside our room with chairs and a hammock, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home. the facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. the unlimited coffee and drinking water, as well as the delicious breakfast provided every day, were wonderful additions. We felt safe and the price was affordable. We will definitely choose Soni Backpacker House again for our next visit to Ubud. Cons: Was all great! 😊.

I gotta say, I really got bang for my buck at Soni Backpacker House. The private villa was absolutely worth it - spacious room, big bathroom, and a private veranda with a hammock to kick back and relax. The location was perfect for exploring, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I definitely plan on staying here again.
The breakfast option could use a little improvement, maybe adding some protein or a bit more filling.

Amazing location next to Yoga Barn with friendly staff, motorcycle rental, and opportunities for excursions. Basic but clean bungalow, lovely outdoor area, and close to restaurants and bars.
Nothing, all excellent.
